1) 2 hours session (if you need more time, it will cost you an Extra ) 2) 10 fully edited, digital images for you to keep. Images are selected by the customer and delivered as high-res jpeg files. 3) Fall and spring are popular times of year (for outdoor photoshoots), contact me 1-2 months in advance to reserve a spot. But it doesn't hurt to ask about last-minute cancellations. 4) .-Images are presented in 3 weeks via a password-protected online gallery that you can download. 5) If Prints are needed clients will be charged according to the package prices. 6) Depending on the Area 40$ fees will be charged for outside studio Cancellation Policy RESERVATION: 1). A signed contract and A minimum of $80 deposit are required to save the date and times of the event or the photo shoot and It is NOT REFUNDABLE. that payment will go toward the total amount. 2). $25 late fee for every half hour late. If the client is late for 1 hour the shoot will be canceled automatically. The photographer will set up the next appointment. *If the shoot is canceled because of lateness, clients will pay $50 to secure any open spot left that day, if there's no open spot. clients will have to book another day with a full deposit. 3). Edits will take up to 15 days from the day client send the selection. For expedited edits. $100 It will take up to 3 days after payment *15.75 for each additional edit (additional edits will start after payment is received) 4). Pictures will be sent via email within 48 hrs after the shoot. *Clients will make their selections and send them back to the photographer for editing. 5). Clients can reschedule anytime on the confirmation email, but If it's 2 days before the shoot, clients will pay $50 to reschedule, and the clients must have a date to reschedule. N.B.- If the EVENT is rescheduled, postponed, or canceled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the retainer fee is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to Snow Foto. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of Focushoot materials charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. The client agrees to confirm the schedule one week prior to the EVENT. Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner and confirmation of receipt must be obtained from Focushoot by the CLIENT.
